What is it?
East Kilbride Duathlon Winter Series is a three race series, each race involving a 2½ mile run, a 9
mile cycle and a second 2½ mile run . Results will be available for each individual race and, for those completing all three races, aggregate results will also be available.
Where is it?
Race headquarters, start, transition and finish will be at St Andrews Sports Centre, Quarry Road,
East Kilbride. The run will be on mainly traffic free paths around the Whitehills area of East Kilbride. The cycle will take place on quiet roads between East Kilbride and Auldhouse. Male and female changing rooms and showers are available before and after the event, modest post race refreshments will be provided! |

How much will it cost?
Entry fees are £7 per race or £15 if all three races are entered in advance. Please note there is an
additional £1 levy to cover insurances etc. for non STA race licence holders.
